Dear Parents,

I have sent home the time information for the solo and ensemble contest this weekend. Please! Check your students times and the following message that I included. Be there 30 minutes before time to make sure that your students has adequate time to warm-up and go over their piece. I will meet you at their performance room. Ask questions to anyone that looks important if you're having trouble locating the room. I will be coming from the previous performance.

I'm excited to see all the students there. It will be a great experience!
